1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Sites Unlimited Services, LLC ("Sites Unlimited," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Sites Unlimited provides the following services:

  • Web hosting services
  • Website design and development
  • AI chatbot development and implementation
  • Cloud services consulting (AWS, Microsoft 365)
  • Website management training and education
  • Ongoing website maintenance and support

3. Account and Registration

Some services may require you to provide contact information or create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Payment Terms

For paid services:

  • All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise specified
  • Setup fees are due at the time of purchase
  • Monthly recurring fees are billed on a monthly basis
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Website Hosting Terms

If you use our hosting services:

  • You retain ownership of your website content
  • We provide hosting infrastructure and maintain uptime
  • Daily backups are included in all hosting plans
  • SSL certificates are provided at no additional cost
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware, spam, or malicious content
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Interfere with the operation of our services

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • You retain ownership of content you provide to us
  • We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, code, and processes
  • Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the deliverables we create for you
  • We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise

8. AI Chatbot Services

If your service includes an AI chatbot:

  • Chatbots are powered by third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude)
  • We train chatbots based on information you provide
  • Chatbot responses are AI-generated and may require human oversight
  • We are not liable for inaccurate information provided by the chatbot
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving chatbot training content

9. SMS/Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number through our website, contact forms, or chatbot, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Sites Unlimited Services, LLC.

Consent and Opt-In

By submitting your phone number, you expressly consent to receive:

  • Appointment scheduling invitations with a link to book.sites-unlimited.com
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Service-related updates and follow-up communications
  • Responses to your inquiries

Your consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency and Costs

  • Message frequency varies; typically 1-5 messages per inquiry
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • Standard carrier messaging rates apply
  • Sites Unlimited does not charge for SMS messages

Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time:

  • Text STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately
  • Text HELP for assistance
  • Email info@sites-unlimited.com to request removal
  • Call (301) 321-7384 to opt out

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message. You will not receive further SMS messages unless you opt back in. Opting out of SMS does not affect other communications.

SMS Service Provider

SMS services are provided through Twilio, Inc. By using our SMS service, you also agree to Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and SMS communications are subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services
  • We are not responsible for third-party service outages

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

  • You may cancel at any time by contacting us
  • We may terminate for violation of these terms
  • Upon termination, we will provide reasonable time to retrieve your data
  • No refunds are provided for partial months of service

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maryland.
